The three-room apartment is located in the countryside near (2 km) the town of Monteroni di Lecce and 7 km from the city of Lecce; it is within a garden shared with the owners' villa (2 gentlemen of about 50 very friendly years) is composed from a kitchen on the ground floor with fireplace and from a bedroom with two beds, there is a staircase that leads to the very cool basement (but still with air conditioning) with a single bed, a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a large closet,
the pool is very large and the garden with a well-kept aviary, the owners' dogs are medium and friendly, the pool is used almost exclusively by guests, it is possible to make barbecues, and have lunch or dinner outdoors, just 20 km away are the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento (Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo), the city of Lecce with its nightlife is 7 km away, the town center (Monteroni) only 2 km away.
