The house can accommodate up to 6 people, has recently been renovated and includes two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room (with the possibility of adding two beds) and an outdoor veranda with a garden that allows to have lunch / dinner outside in company.
The outdoor space allows you to conveniently park two cars inside the gate.
Thanks to its strategic position, the house is ideal for families and groups of friends because it is far from the chaos of summer evenings, but at the same time it is about 900 meters from the sea and the city center.
Inside you will find all the comforts: TELEVISION, WASHING MACHINE, drying rack, IRON AND IRON, hair dryer, BARBECUE, CONDITIONER (hot / cold), kitchen utensils ...
Nearby you can find various businesses: bakery, bar, restaurant, tobacconist, minimarket.

siamo contenti di essere riusciti con successo ad andare in contro ad ogni sua richiesta, nonostante le difficoltà della lingua. Siamo consapevoli che la casa si trovi su una strada comunale (non autostrada) e che disti 900 metri dal mare così come specificato nell'annuncio, ma questo è uno dei grandi privilegi che la casa offre proprio perchè lontana dal caos del centro cittadino e allo stesso tempo vicina a tutte le principali attività commerciali e turistiche.
Saremo felici di accogliervi nuovamente.
