La maison est très bien située on va à la plage en 10mn. Le point fort c'est la vue magnifique et le calme des environs. Par contre le terrain n'est pas clos.. Nous sommes partis avec notre chien et c'est la galère sans clôture ! On ne peut pas profiter du terrain c'est inaccessible à part la terrasse... C'est très cher pour ce que c'est. A ce prix là il faudrait changer du mobilier : canapé, lit.. Pour un peu plus de confort ! On est déçus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist keine Luxusvilla, sondern ein typisch spanisches Haus, welches einfach eingerichtet ist, aber über alles verfügt, was man benötigt. Der Blick von der Terasse ist traumhaft, die Lage genial. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend.

Maison très bien située avec vue sur la mer et la Clim a été indispensable mais n est pas gratuite,si non tout est désuet et en piteux état,plafonds et sols tous fissurés,mobilier intérieur comme extérieur tout deglingué,aurait bien besoin d un coup de rafraîchissement et en plus n est pas très secure pour des enfants entre le muret de la terrasse super bas et les fenêtres qui donnent dans le vide…

La maison était conforme à l' annonce, avec un joli point de vue et des équipements corrects. Cependant, un rafraichissement peinture sur le séjour/salle à manger serait souhaitable ainsi que le remplacement des canapés et chaises car, bien que déjà réparés avec du contreplaqué et des sangles, ils sont très inconfortables, ça nous aurait vraiment gêné sur un séjour plus long.

Accueil et propreté sont au rendez-vous dans cette maison des années 80. Petit bémol, les matelats mousse des lits , chambres " enfants" sont un peu légers pour des adultes. La chambre parentale a un matelat ressorts corrects. La maison est très bien située , dans les hauteurs au calme mais proche de la plage par le petit chemin de terre pentue.

Das haust sehr schön und sauber, etwas veraltete aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss sind auch bei großer Hitze angenehm, der Wohnbereich ist dagegen sehr stickig, wenn alle Fenster geschlossen sind. Deshalb konnten wir unseren alten Hund nicht im Haus alleine lassen. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn man noch Internet/Wlan hätte. Alles in allem war es ein toller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
