Unit Layout
You will be staying in an 11-room villa that covers an area of 980 square meters. The villa features a large living room with satellite TV and digital TV, and an exit leading to the swimming pool. There is also a large dining room and a terrace. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, three gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a cooking island, and a pizza oven. The villa has two separate guest toilets.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and floor heating for your comfort. On the lower ground floor, there is a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a toilet, and air conditioning. There is also a kitchenette with an oven and four ceramic glass hob hotplates, along with a shower and toilet. The upper floor features a large room of 70 square meters with a bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), a French bed, a bath, a bidet, a toilet, a double hand-basin, and satellite TV (flat screen). This room also has an exit leading to a balcony, as do three other rooms on the same floor, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm; 180 cm, length 190 cm; 180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a bidet, a toilet, and access to the balcony. The villa has air conditioning and floor heating on the upper floor as well.

Other Information
The villa offers a large terrace of 27 square meters, which is roofed, and another large terrace of 25 square meters, also roofed. Terrace furniture and eight deck chairs are provided for your convenience. You can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the sea and the resort from the villa. Additional facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, a sauna, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. The villa also has a reserved parking area that is roofed and fenced, suitable for three cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa, but one pet or dog is allowed. The bedrooms on the upper floor are all suites, with the main suite featuring an integrated living room. Next to the main pool, there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The lower ground floor has an additional separate entrance and was designed for personnel accommodation, decorated to a normal standard without windows.
