Rent portion of country house on the first floor which is accessed by an external staircase, with use of porch and garden with table, chairs, barbecue, consisting of fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms.
The house is located immediately outside the village of Cafaggio in an olive grove of 1 hectare.
Within walking distance: bar, grocery, pizzeria restaurant, pharmacy and bus stop.
Five minutes by car: the medieval villages of Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, the Terme di Venturina, supermarkets and petrol stations.
The most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast (Baratti, Rimigliano Park, Carboniera, Torre Mozza, Dog beach, etc.) are 10 minutes away by car.
Suitable for families and groups, for your beach holidays or as a starting point for trekking and cycling holidays (closed bike shelter).
We have the possibility to rent you scooters of all displacements and motorcycles.
Your furry friends are welcome and we offer petsitter service.
The area offers entertainment of all kinds, playgrounds and aquatic, festivals and medieval festivals, outdoor cinema and nightclubs, spas and renowned SPA.
