Perfect choice

This accommodation is an excellent choice, especially if you're arriving in Rovinj by bus, as it's less than a two-minute walk from the bus station. The location is perfect, making it easy to reach everything on foot. The bed is incredibly comfortable—even more comfortable than my own! We slept really well every night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely, cozy courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast or simply relax. There are also two bicycles available, which made it very easy for us to reach the beaches we wanted to visit. The host was very kind, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as promised. I can highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

tudio Pupa: posizione perfetta per vivere Rovigno a piedi

Studio Pupa: posizione eccellente per vivere Rovigno a piedi Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti allo Studio Pupa di Rovigno a fine luglio. Si tratta di un appartamento perfetto soprattutto per una coppia: ingresso con cucina, camera abbastanza spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Gli spazi sono adeguati per due persone, mentre non lo consiglierei per eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi. Al primo impatto l'appartamento non colpisce particolarmente dal punto di vista estetico. L'arredamento e il design sono un po' datati e, per conformazione e luminosità, l'ambiente ricorda quasi una piccola “cantina”. Nulla che comprometta il soggiorno, ma sicuramente una modernizzazione degli interni lo renderebbe molto più accogliente. A compensare c'è un piacevolissimo spazio esterno privato, completamente chiuso sui quattro lati e quindi molto riservato. Sono presenti un tavolino con due sedie, perfetto per fare colazione oppure per un pranzo o una cena tranquilli, e due sdraio per rilassarsi. Uno spazio intimo che abbiamo apprezzato molto e che rappresenta sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell'alloggio. Molto gradita anche la presenza di due mountain bike messe gratuitamente a disposizione degli ospiti, utilissime per muoversi a Rovigno e nei dintorni senza dover utilizzare sempre l'auto. Ma il vero punto di forza dello Studio Pupa è senza dubbio la posizione. In circa 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico: una comodità enorme soprattutto la sera, quando si può uscire per cena, passeggiare sul lungomare e godersi Rovigno fino a tardi senza preoccuparsi dell'auto. Da segnalare che la camera da letto affaccia direttamente sulla strada. La strada non è particolarmente trafficata, ma l'isolamento acustico non è dei migliori e dall'interno si sente piuttosto chiaramente ciò che accade all'esterno, dal passaggio delle auto alle persone. Per chi ha il sonno leggero è sicuramente un aspetto da tenere in considerazione. Altro punto debole è il parcheggio. L'appartamento non dispone di un posto auto privato e la soluzione più vicina si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi. A fine luglio, con Rovigno particolarmente affollata e i parcheggi in centro piuttosto costosi, è un elemento da valutare, soprattutto all'arrivo e alla partenza con i bagagli. Una nota decisamente positiva va invece all'host, molto cordiale e disponibile, che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e si è dimostrato disponibile durante il soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, circa 130 € a notte a fine luglio, credo si paghi soprattutto l'ottima posizione, la vicinanza al centro storico e la possibilità di avere uno spazio esterno completamente privato. Considerando il periodo di altissima stagione a Rovigno, il prezzo è comprensibile, anche se una maggiore cura e modernizzazione degli interni migliorerebbe sicuramente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nel complesso, Studio Pupa è una buona soluzione per una coppia che vuole vivere Rovigno prevalentemente a piedi, cerca privacy e apprezza la comodità di essere praticamente a due passi dal centro. Meno indicato per chi cerca un appartamento moderno, silenzio assoluto o la comodità del parcheggio sotto casa. PRO: posizione eccellente, centro storico a 5 minuti, spazio esterno privato e riservato, camera spaziosa, 2 mountain bike gratuite, host cordiale e disponibile. CONTRO: interni un po' datati e poco luminosi, isolamento acustico migliorabile, assenza di parcheggio privato e parcheggio più vicino a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

Die Lage ist wunderbar um Rovinj zu besichtigen. Man ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin hat uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gezeigt wo wir über die Tage parken konnten. Von der Ausstattung war alles da was wir gebraucht haben

Very nice, cosy and well equipped appartment for 2 persons with small courtyard and a good home feeling. Quietly located in Rovinj center. Well recommended! Stopping the car at the site for unpacking luggage possible; but parking not possible at the appartment itself, but at a 7 minutes walking distance.
