The suite is 110 m ° has 4 beds, a nice room, a lounge area with split day and night with an extra bed, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, Ocean Heigts tover By Versace is one of the towers facing the sea in front of the Palm Jumeirah, among them is the most luxurious high-rise Dubai Marina, 80 (87piani) the furniture was made by Versace, as you can see some photos is super luxury, won a prize for the best project of 2007, was completed in December 2010, so it is like brand new facilities and technologies. It has a very large swimming pool floor 4, overlooking the beach on Jumeirah Road and the road along the sea, has a Jacuzzi and a gym 8-10 places great and super equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, children's playground, public holidays and change room and showers with spectacular finishes Versace for those who use the gym, pool, sauna, Turkish baths and recreational facilities. Most welcoming home away from home

First time out of the country. Me and my brother were looking for a relaxing and affordable place to stay with amazing view. After extensive looking, this place was the absolute perfect fit for us to stay the week we spent in Dubai. Alessandro is an amazing host and made everything super easy and comfortable for us to stay

One of my best stay ever.

Our stay was very awesome. The appartement was near one of the most beautiful places of Dubai. The beach was near, and everything was perfect. The facilities of the building were very clean and people were very kind. Alex has done everything for us to have the best stay as possible. I'll be there next spring for sure!

Fantastic

A very nice apartment in a building with all needed facilities like swimmingpool and gym. IT is also situated in a nice area close to the Marina where there are a lot of good restaurants. A short walk to the beach makes this apartment to an excellent choice.

comfortable accommodations

This is an expansive, open, airy luxury apartment with many luxuries within the development. The pool and gym were very nice. LHa, the onsite manager shows such warmth, kindness and genuine help, she is an asset to this property management. Overall I am highly impressed with this property and my brief stay here.

The appartment fulfilled completely our expectations. The location in Dubai Marina was a perfect spot for all kinds of activities. The appartment itself was as described and in very good shape, nice, clean and everything in house what your stay in Dubai would make comfortable. We very much enjoyed the pool and the gym. The support during booking and in preparation as well as on-site was awesome. We will of course recommend your service for any of our friends for trip to Dubai!

Excellent apartment very near marina

Great apartment and all the arrangements made by Alex also first class.the airport pick up is a great touch and works well.the Marina area is stunning and getting around is easy via taxi or the monorail.Dubai has a lot of building going on but you barely notice.The pricey reputation is not deserved but you do get quality.The brunch at the Royal Meridien on a Friday is stunning-,just along the road as are the evening events at the local hotels-all you can eat/drink. Just incredible care for tenant. We had complications with dates, all has been changing in hours and even we finaly have not stayed at Ocean Heights - just say big thank you to Alex. Apprecciate, all energy he spent to our holiday, looking for another solution any minute!!!! Finaly, we had nice vacation, kids enjoyed and very short walk to our event hub in MINA resort. Just do it!! Thanks Petra and group

Holiday in Dubai

The aparment was nice but it was actually smaller than we thought. So that´s why the price was a little bit too high. The situation of the apartment was good. The equipment of the kitchen was not so good, they were quite cheap and not so good-looking. We didn´t find the microwave oven at all. The other furniture were good for us. The property was clean and well-maintained. The arrival information was perfect and really good. Because of that arrival info I can recommend this property to my friends. I think the property would be the best for only 4 person, The pool and sauna were good also and those people in "reception" were polite and friendly every time.

Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und es war alles wie beschrieben. Einzig allein die Küchenausstattung fanden wir etwas alt - das wird aber wohl jetzt geändert. Meerblick wäre noch toll gewesen, aber die Poolanlage war ein Traum - genau wie die Lage!

Location ideale per visitare Dubai. A poche centinaia di metri dalla passeggiata di Marina. Basta attraversare la strada e trovarsi su una bellissima spiaggia. Appartamento molto curato ed accessoriato. Appartamento silenzioso. Delizioso terrazzino. Molto pulito e ben manutenuto. Proprietario attento alle richieste degli ospiti e sempre disponibile. All'ingresso del resort é facile prendere un taxi; la fermata del tram si trova a pochi metri e permette di raggiungere in sole due fermate la linea rossa metro. Molto consigliato.
