You enter a charming walled garden of dry stone walls. Small private parking. The studio located at the back of the property is independent from the main country house. You benefit from a reserved space in the garden.

Direct access to the ground floor living-dining room with convertible sofa, flat screen TV, wi-fi internet access.

Open kitchen fully equipped with food processor, induction hob, microwave combination oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, technical room with washing machine.

On the first floor: mezzanine bedroom, office area, shower room with hairdryer, large shower and separate WC. Double bed 1.60 m.
