The villetta is in a quiet location 2km from the "Pineta" beach of Marinella di Selinunte. Pineta is known as one of the most beautiful yellow sand beaches in the region. In Selinunte you will also find many restaurants and small shops. The villa contains a large room of around 40m2 with the fitted kitchen, dining area, 1 double sofa bed, 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe. You enjoy a large sunny terrace surrounded by the large garden. There is a separate shower room and WC with a sink. In front of the villa there is a large private car park surrounded by the garden and the fountain. The property is fenced. No neighbors opposite, nor vis-à-vis. The house is 2km from the beautiful yellow sand beach surrounded by pine trees called Pineta. The house is 300m behind the large restaurant Baffo's Castle. You buy the bread 5 minutes away on foot. The large shopping center is 6km away. Several bars and restaurants. Falcone Borcellino International Airport is 50 minutes' drive away. Mazara del Vallo at 14km.
