The apartment is a welcoming property on the ground floor with a garden with a breathtaking view of the Adamello chain and Monte Palabione, right on the edge of the forest, just 1.5 km from the town of Aprica (Sondrio) and the Baradello ski area / Palabione / Magnolta.
Tranquility and relaxation are assured. It is also particularly suitable for children who can run freely in the garden in summer, away from cars and pollution, or make snowmen comfortably in front of the living room in winter.
The property is furnished in a chalet style, with solid wood furniture and parquet flooring.
