Breathtaking view of Morgat Bay for this apartment which has large openings to the south. Located on the ground floor with private access, this T2 of 40 m2 is opposite a direct access to the beach by a staircase. This apartment, in a quiet residence, has a closed and covered garage inside the residence, and the proximity of all the shops of Morgat.
You can drop off your car and enjoy the seaside resort and all of its services on foot (sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, shopping, entertainment, etc.).
Refurbished and fully equipped, this apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed; and a bathroom with shower.

Baby equipment (high chair and travel cot) on request.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, towel radiator and washing machine.

Location idéalement située à Morgat face à l'océan. Juste à traverser la rue et c'est la plage. Le top !Appartement très bien pour 2 personnes.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine malgré la canicule.A refaire.

Quand on s'est vu à Morgat, vous m'avez dit que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Vous étiez enthousiasmé par l’appartement et sa localisation, la vue et la plage à 30 mètres. A tel point que votre fils, qui n'était pas avec vous , mais à qui vous aviez décrit vos vacances, souhaitait venir également dans cet appartement. Votre commentaire ne reflète pas vraiment ça.

Commentaires très sévère. Le logement correspond en tous points aux photos et à la description. Les fenêtres sont en double vitrage, et sont récentes, elles ont moins de 10 ans et sont en parfait état. Je ne comprends pas votre mécontentement, je ne vois pas sur quels éléments réels il est fondé.

Merci pour votre retour. L'appartement est classé meublé de tourisme deux étoiles, et correspond en tous points aux photos. Le prix du séjour est modique au vu de la localisation. Ça n'est pas de l'hôtellerie 5 étoiles, mais c'est aussi moins cher Pour ce qui est du ménage, un entretien régulier permet de ne pas tomber dans les travers d'une location type Airbnb, sans aucun suivi. Je constate que les locataires qui restent pour des courts séjours sont les plus critiques.
