The decor is personal in the famous Danish cottage style, where there is a strong emphasis on comfort and functionality. The many m² is fine exploited and offers plenty of room for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. The activity room, which is established in 2011, has both a table tennis, table football, bike, Nintendo Wii and extra TV, and the mezzanine is also located here. Heating is by oil-fired boiler, which reduces energy costs significantly compared to electricity. Free access to the water park in Blokhus, which includes offers indoor and outdoor water slide, 25 meter swimming pool, hot water pool, sauna and hot tub. All tiled floors in the house has underfloor heating. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
