3 independent rooms, including one with a spacious mezzanine, where there is a large bed (180 cm), a fold-out couch allows comfortable sleeping for 2 people downstairs. The second bedroom is a one with two single beds, third bedroom fitted with a wide bed (120 cm).
The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 with microwave, electric hot-plate, large fridge and freezer, where you can find not only a sharp knife but also wine openers ;)
Two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower, avoid queues to the bathroom in the morning or after returning from the beach. Great location close to the beach (2.5 km), excellent public transport links to the center and the main attractions of the city (the tram stop in front of the house).
A grocery store and a bakery in the same building which allows you to enjoy fresh bread in the morning :)
A super market , a pharmacy, ATM / cash dispenser at a distance of 250 m.
There is parking in the grounds and free parking on the road outside the building also.

Please, keep quiet at 22.00- 8.00 there is a high probability that our neighbours​ have holidays on a different date than YOU :)
Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment.
Linen and towels are provided (please bring your own for beach use).
