Studio in Saint Quay Portrieux with sea view and marina

Seaside with beach 100 meters away. A second beach is accessible within 3 minutes.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment is bright and ideally exposed to the sun with French windows giving access to a private terrace facing south east with sea views. Nice place to rest.
The apartment is composed of a large main room with sea view, an independent fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

Private parking space in the residence.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. In case of departure or arrival other than a Saturday, please consult us before booking. By cons there is no arrival or departure on Sunday.

Quiet residence near the city center and close to shops and restaurants.

The residence also has a large private terrace overlooking the beach and the marina where you can sunbathe in peace.

Saint Quay Portrieux is ideally located between Saint Malo and Perros Guirrec near the bay of Saint Brieuc; come and visit the wonders of the Armor coast.
