The comfortable holiday house Bella Vista spreads on over 112sqm and offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and consists of a kitchen, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower, and storage room with washing machine on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with 4 rings electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker and fridge freezer. The first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery with a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Air-conditioning isn't available in the living room. The house has a terrace with large garden, garden furniture and a beautiful sea view. There is also a grill where you can make delicious meals. The house is overlooking beautiful green nature, offering the guests a relaxing and peaceful vacation away from the city noise but close to the beach and the city center of Poreč.

Sehr schönes Haus am Ende einer Straße mitten in der Natur. Alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht, Zimmeraufteilung gut. Bäder sind ausreichend groß. Wohn/Essbereich gut. Die Sofas sind leider etwas abgewohnt und durch gesessen. Ebenso die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind mehr als reparaturbedürftig. Aber trotzdem haben wir immer gut geschlafen. Als großes Manko ist die leider nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich, dort war es leider sehr heiß bei unserem Aufenthalt. Das super Plus ist der Pool, der ist einfach der Hammer und immer super gepflegt und sauber. Aber alles in allem eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub die wir in dem Haus hatten. Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft der Ferienagentur war perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
