8 person holiday home in Ålbæk-By Traum

Fantastic architect-designed and completely renovated cottage with all modern imaginable facilities and quiet location in a lovely area in the popular Ålbæk with sea views from the living room on the 1st floor. The cottage has three good rooms, where the large room has two skylights, where you can look at the stars when the light descends over Ålbæk. Bathroom with access to outdoor shower and on to the house's sauna barrel, where it is great to relax after a long day at the beach. A fine functional kitchen with a large fridge and freezer or you can use the house's conservatory / kitchen. In extension of the living room is the activity room, which invites to many hours of fun and coziness if the weather should tease a single day. From the conservatory there is access to the 1st floor, where you have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Kattegat. The annex of the house has a double bed with TV, loft for cosiness and a bathroom. The house is located on a beautiful natural plot right down to the water's edge. There is air, light and space for play, relaxation and to enjoy nature. On the large terraces there are always opportunities to enjoy the sun regardless of the time of day. The surroundings are truly scenic. A dune plantation adorns the area, and just 50 meters from the house is the beach. The white sandy beach is kilometers long and the water is shallow and calm, so it is a child-friendly place to swim. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
