Great location in relation to ski village and lifts. Property was as described and the host was very responsive. Parking was easy and condo was clean/well stocked except for under furniture, which we noticed when we moved chairs/table to see the TV. Notified host and they plan to address with cleaning crew so unlikely this will be a problem going forward. I would definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at this condo 2x now and it's perfect for our family of four. The unit itself is really nice with a master bedroom downstairs and a private upstairs bedroom for our kids. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to the lifts and good location for anything in Park City. Michael has been really awesome to work with and we won't stay anywhere else in Park City! This condo is sweet! Newly remodeled and very clean, with mountain decor and modern amenities. All the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect with lifts right across the street, mountain biking out your door, short walk to main street, nice pool/hot tub a short stroll away as well. We couldn't have asked for more as it really made our stay in PC easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Just right for a family with kids

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood at the foot of a ski slope. There are some wonderful hiking trails just steps away. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room, nice amenities, pretty view. The best part was the room for the kids, upstairs, bunkbeds, it was like a luxury hide out for them. We had a wonderful time. The house is also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

3 Kings great unit walking to slopes

Great unit, 3 Kings is most convenient. Only issues were that pool was closed (some sort of issue with HOA.. kids had been looking forward to pool :(). And kitchen was well equipped but no spices so you’ll have to bring or buy everything for cooking. Very clean, very responsive manager, comfortable and super easy for skiing. Bus just outside so easy to and from restaurants too.

Great option close to lifts

Great option for a condo at the base. Very convenient and close to the lifts. The walk is a touch uphill so we made it even easier on ourselves and left our skis at the rental shop at the base. Carried our boots over and away we went. There were 3 adults and it worked really well. Well stocked with the right kitchen items, washer/dryer, humidfier, etc. Never found the hot tub which was a bummer. We would consider for the future.

The unit pictures are accurate and there is plenty of closet space which the pictures don't show. Kitchen well equipped and location is great as you can literally almost ski back to the unit and getting the the lifts is easy too (5min walk). The townhouse would be even better with a bigger TV in the living room and a more powerful fireplace to make it even more cozy. All in all a great place to hit the slopes at park city with great views of the snow covered golf course to boot!

This 3Kings townhome was everything as advertised! Great place, great location and great service from Skyrun. Of all the property mgrs/owners we texted in our search, Skyrun was the MOST responsive. The place is nicely upgraded and very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, lots of natural light, and keyless entry made for easy coming and going. Covered parking garage kept the car cool from summer heat. If you’re coming up for 4th of July, you’ll be within a 15min walk of the parade, and you’ll see the Independence Day drone night show right outside the back patio. It’s about a 20min walk to Main Street/restaurants, and very close to hiking/biking trails. Great place for a small family or two couples. We will be back!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! Western ski lodge feel with modern amenities. Amazing view of Park City Mountain. Short walk to Main Street. 30 second walk to closest lift on PC Mountain. 30 second walk to hot tub and pool. Easy covered parking. Great ski and boot storage in condo. Back patio overlooks golf course. We saw two moose there! The kids loved the bunk beds! We've rented lots of places over the years and comfy beds are important- you won't be disappointed here! This condo is very well taken care of and is very clean. It fit four of us very comfortably but could definitely accommodate more. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!!
