3 room apartment completely renovated, very air-conditioned, fully air conditioned, on the ground floor of the villa for 4/5 people, 60 m²: living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, covered terrace with barbecue. South / southwest exposure. Natural environment on the hill of Mont des Oiseaux, very quiet with beautiful sea views of the Iles d'Or and the Giens peninsula, 5 minutes from all shops by car.

Air conditioning throughout the apartment - new kitchen equipment, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. New bedding also.
