The White Villa

400 meters above Turin (600 meters above sea level), in the locality of Cavoretto, the splendid architectural and landscape complex of the Villa Bianca is located, an ideal structure for hosting memorable parties, ceremonies and events. In the 3500 square meters of park, with a breathtaking view of Turin, among rare trees and flower beds, there is a magical and ideal space both for ceremonies and family or friends meetings during the day and for enchanting parties, aperitifs and elegant dinners in the evenings Turin.

The outer space
Once you have reached the entrance to the Villa Bianca and crossed the large parking lot and the entrance gate, you look out onto a vast flat lawn surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers from which a gentle slope descends towards Turin. From the early afternoon, the lawn is protected by the tomb of a gigantic and ancient beech which makes staying in the garden particularly pleasant. Next to the space, a large arcaded and stone-paved area is the ideal place to prepare barbecues, prepare buffets, position the music and shelter in case of rain. From the porch, you can admire an impressive rock garden.

The interior space
From the garden, you enter the entrance where there is a majestic staircase. From here you reach the living room, a large living room connected by a glass door to the porch. The living room is the ideal place to stop and entertain yourself in the events that take place on less hot days. The entrance is also connected to the delightful and elegant dining room from which you reach the large equipped kitchen.
From the entrance, going down into the basement, you reach the services, while, going up the staircase, on the first and second floor, there are two large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5-6 people with a private bathroom. The two rooms are usable for those who intend to stay at the villa after the party until the following morning.

To get to the villa, it is necessary to have a car with which you can reach the house in a few minutes from Piazza Freguglia, the central square of the ancient village of Cavoretto, along a narrow road (Strada dei Ronchi) for 1.5 km. and winding, but easy to transit, which allows you to reach the 400 meters of the villa, where you can breathe pure air and without smog from the top of the Turin hill.

Both the garden and the porch have external lights.

It is possible to park up to 25-30 cars of which 8-10 in the internal car park and the others in the private road adjacent to the entrance.

The villa is adjacent to an apartment rented as a holiday home, therefore, in case there are guests in the other house, we ask you to disconnect the music around midnight and, in case of events with more than 20-30 people, to end the evening for the 1st of night. The details can however be agreed from time to time depending on the type of event and the wishes of the guests of the adjacent house.
