Location Location Location

We had a great holiday - it was just as we imagined it would be. The location on the waterfront was what attracted us and it lived up to the promise. The house had all we needed but we didn’t cook instead used the on the doorstep restaurant La Punta for most meals with an occasional stroll into town.

A great place for wonderful holidays

We stayed one week at Nikos house and had a fantastic time. We really felt at home. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the sea just a step away and the incredible pleasant heated pool. We can also recommend the Restaurant nearby. You don't need a car. Just a few steps away you have everything for a perfect and relaxing holiday. Hopefully we will come back next year. Thank you Niko!

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the Villa. You cannot get a better position in Supetar, on the waters edge, with the pool an absolute bonus. Everything within the Villa was as described, extremely comfortable and perfect for a family or a group of friends. We look forward to coming back. Owner was also super responsive, very friendly and ensures everything is to the highest standard. Only call out would be for the provision of beach towels or extra towels to be able to use outside.

Umgebung Geschmackssache

Dear Sven, I am glad to hear every opinion, specially if something could be improved regarding my house/hosting. In your case, I am glad that this was not the case that made you leave earlier. The location is great for 95% of my guests, and the mosquitoes are present as in all places on the islands, where you were, but it all depends on the weather. Some days (what is rare) when there is no or light winds, they can be more present, while when its more windy and dry, they are less or none. I hope you had a good time in Croatia, anyway. Best regards

Hervorragend

Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ferien in Kroatien

Wonderful beachside holiday home, close to restaurants and amenities

Wow! Just wow! A beautiful holiday home, quiet and peaceful but right on the beach and just steps from an excellent restaurant. It was a pleasant and easy stroll to the town centre/harbour where there were many excellent restaurants. We've stayed in many holiday homes over the last 30 plus years and this was the best. The view from the main bedroom balcony was stunning.

Perfect house in perfect location

We stayed one week in this beautiful villa. The villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Life is easy and there is a good restaurant just a few steps from the house (not a lot of noice in the evenings from the restaurant). There is also a supermarket in a 5 minutes walk. Niko (the owner) was really serviceminded and did his best to help us to get a really nice vacation. We enjoyed the marvellous view and really hoping that we come back to the villa again. We can highly recommend Supetar, the villa and Niko as a host!
