Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle — sleeps up to 5.
Bedroom 4: One queen bed with a twin trundle — sleeps 3.
Living Room: One queen sleeper sofa — sleeps 2.

We provide an initial supply of basic household necessities to help you get settled:

Approximately 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels per stay
3 dishwasher pods per stay
3 laundry detergent pods per stay
These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Please plan accordingly or bring additional supplies as needed.

Important Rental Information & House Rules
Please review the following requirements before booking:

Occupancy and Age Restrictions

The home is advertised to accommodate up to 15 guests; however, special restrictions apply to certain reservations.
During senior weeks, guests must be at least 18 years old. Groups in which all occupants are under 25 years of age are also subject to special booking requirements.
These qualifying groups are limited to a maximum of 12 guests and require prior homeowner approval.
An additional $99 non-refundable renter's insurance fee and the standard $500 security deposit are required for these qualifying reservations.
Please contact the owner for approval before booking if any of these restrictions apply to your group.
Noise and Parties No loud parties or disruptive noise are permitted. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of the security deposit, and loss of payment for unused rental nights, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Grilling and Open Flames In accordance with the applicable Ocean City fire ordinance and community restrictions, grilling and open flames are prohibited within 20 feet of the development. Please do not bring or use grills or other open-flame equipment in restricted areas.

Linens and Towels Bed linens and towels are not provided. Third-party rental options are available, and a list of providers will be supplied after booking. Pillows and blankets are provided.
