Cute cottage above a garage overlooking the east side of Balboa Island. Unfortunately, a medical emergency cut our stay short, but Beachview Rentals was wonderful; kind, understanding, and excellent with communication. We look forward to returning and will definitely book with Beachview again.

Welcoming, clean, great communication, walkable location. We had to remove one star due to poor bed quality (memory foam topper on top of a foam bed). It was too small and uncomfortable for two :( Otherwise, it a great lodging experience and friendly, helpful staff.

Great location on Balboa Island

This is the second time we've stayed at this charming little place. It's so fun to be just a matter of steps from the bay front and water. We enjoyed it and were sorry to leave!

easy rental, nice place with the basics but everything was as expected clean and organized. it was decently hot without A/C so just keep the windows down and thankfully they had a fan we could point directly at us at night

An easy little apartment
