Town on the Camino de Santigo, with all services and well connected. (3km from Astorga).
Quiet town that has shops such as: butcher, supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, bars, cafes ...
It has a town hall, cyber, medical consultation, library, parks and gardens, public summer season pool, sports center, river beach on the Tuerto River that passes through the town and a beautiful viewpoint on the Camino de Santigo, to which we belong, which It is called El Crucero and from where you can see the entire valley, the town, the city of Astorga and all the mountains of Teleno.

I stayed at Casa Pita with nine family members, and there was more than enough room for the ten of us in this spacious house. We especially enjoyed gathering together in the patio area, where we ate dinners together. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there were also items to purchase if you needed a few extra things. Everything was scrupulously clean and well-stocked. Merche has provided everything a traveler might need to feel at home! She was also extremely prompt in responding to queries and a caring host; I was so glad she was able to stop by so we could thank her in person!
