About this property

One bedroom sleeps 4 with beautiful view NO RESORT FEE!


Remodeled ground floor condo, corner unit. Includes quartz counter tops and new cabinets, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Our bathroom has a new vanity with quartz counter tops and new cabinets along with new shower and tile floors. New draperies and shutters.

We are excited to share our Maui Condo. Our unit is a ground floor corner unit just steps away for the ocean, pool and jacuzzi. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. We have new ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom and flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa with a 8" mattress in the living room and a new king set in the bedroom. Complimentary Wi-FI is available throughout the resort.

There are no resort fees!

Once there, you can sit on the Lanai and enjoy the sunsets in the evening and in the mornings enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise light up the island of Moloka'i.

Our condo is within walking distance of the convenience store and grocery store. Papakea also has an activity director in the lobby who can assist you in booking endless fun including luau's, whale watching tours in season, sailing, snorkeling trips, golf, biking down the volcano and much more.

Papakea Resort on Maui's Kaanapali Coast is a relaxing haven on 13 acres of expansive lawns and lush gardens overlooking the ocean. Walk along the beautiful ocean or visit the nearby Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas to enjoy their beaches, championship golf courses, fine shops and restaurants.

Other amenities at Papakea Resort include 2 swimming pools , 2 jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, two 12-hole putting greens. We also offer numerous picnic and barbaque areas complete with 6 gas grills around each pool. Perfect for family reunions and outdoor parties.

Our island Manager Dave will initially supply our condo with toilet paper, paper towels, hand/ dishwasher soap and trash bags for your convenience to last your first day or so.

5 Stars – Perfect Maui Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Maui! The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from a full kitchen to beach chairs and towels. The bed was super comfortable, and the lanai offered beautiful views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.The location was ideal—close to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like guidebooks and fast Wi-Fi. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and easy.Highly recommend this spot for couples or families looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui!

Amazing place with all the amenities! Boogie boards, snorkels, goggles, lawn chairs, coolers, sand toys, floaties, and more! We especially loved the Queen sized sofa bed and king sized master bed. Gorgeous views but this unit is the furthest from the ocean and pool (though closest to the parking lot for ease of emptying luggage and groceries). We loved seeing the koi pond and fountains out our door everyday, though. The kitchen had everything we could think of needing, even a blender and air fryer! Garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and toilet paper were all there for us and we replenished when needed. Papi’s Ohana nearby had amazing cinnamon buns. Times Supermarket across the street was great and so was the ABC store. Pool was amazing at 30 degrees Celsius and the hot tub was wonderful in the evening. We made good use of the pool and the beach to the south. We saw whales, dolphins, and a sea turtle! We played shuffleboard, ladderball, pickleball, and cornhole. The BBQ’s by the pool were great but far from our unit. Staff was amazing! Make sure to snorkel at Kapalua beach, see the Nakalele Blowhole, and visit the Maui Ocean Centre. The 3-D show there was incredible!Thanks to Jayne and Warren for sharing their amazing condo with us!

Perfect for tourists!

This was a wonderful location for busy tourists. We wanted to take in as much of the island as we could. The location worked well for the major stops, of course a bit of a drive to some, but we enjoyed being able to come ‘home’ to the beach. The place itself was as listed, lots of nice ammentities to help our stay! Will be recommending Papakea to others!

Why they chose this property

Two years ago we had a family reunion at the Papakea and everyone had an amazing time. There came the idea that owning a condo at the Papakea would be something special to share.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the lanai and watching the waves in the ocean and the beauty of nature all around us, we fell in love with Maui and this resort. Being on the ground floor made it very easy to bring in our luggage and groceries and the grandchildren can play outside on the grass.
