This 3rd floor condo, in the Spiral Stairs Condominium Complex, is centrally located within the town of Telluride. The gondola/Lift 8 base area is just a block away. Within two blocks are found: a local bus stop, 5-6 restaurants, the local award-winning library, an art school, a day spa, a grocery store, a bakery, a liquor store, a cannabis store, Main St. and the trailhead for Bear Creek. Town Park is 4 blocks away. Amenities include covered parking, steam shower, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. The kitchen is well-equipped and has filtered tap water. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, views of the ski area and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The condo is all on one level and the open kitchen/dining/living room has large windows affording views of the iconic east end of Telluride's box canyon, Bear Creek and the ski area.

This was our 3rd stay at Angela's wonderful condo and everything was to our expectations again! You can't beat this location in town with great proximity to the gondola and ski storage provided. The unit itself is very comfortable with huge windows providing lots of sun and great views! The owner is readily available if you need anything. Our group stayed on the mountain for many years but now we are really enjoying staying in town instead making it easier to enjoy the great restaurants steps from this condo.

The unit is perfectly located close to downtown, but without the hustle and bustle. It is a corner unit with two expansive window box seats with beautiful views. This was the perfect location for our group of 6 for our 2nd trip to telluride. The condo is very roomy, comfortable and is stocked with everything you need for a week’s ski vacation.
