ONE block from the Gondola with sweeping views

This 3rd floor condo, in the Spiral Stairs Condominium Complex, is centrally located within the town of Telluride. The gondola/Lift 8 base area is just a block away. Within two blocks are found: a local bus stop, 5-6 restaurants, the local award-winning library, an art school, a day spa, a grocery store, a bakery, a liquor store, a cannabis store, Main St. and the trailhead for Bear Creek. Town Park is 4 blocks away. Amenities include covered parking, steam shower, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. The kitchen is well-equipped and has filtered tap water. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, views of the ski area and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The condo is all on one level and the open kitchen/dining/living room has large windows affording views of the iconic east end of Telluride's box canyon, Bear Creek and the ski area.

My instructions for check out vary according to whether I have a turnover that same day. I will ask you to start the dishwasher and start a load of sheets in the wash if so.

Perfect Place in Heart of Telluride

Great location!

This condo is in a great location and an easy walk to everything Telluride has to offer. Great views wherever you look. Angela has thought of everything down to charging cords around every corner.

Spacious rental in amazing location

My husband, three boys and I had an amazing stay in Telluride in Angela’s rental. The space is large and clean and steps away from Town Park, hiking, the gondola, restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for a family of 5. We hope to visit again!

The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host is amazing! We were got across from Gondola and walkable distance to everything. The condo was so comfy and met all of our needs. Loved it!

Charming, Cozy, Character!

Not often you find someone who cares as much about their rental home and their guests as Angela. We had a wonderful week in Telluride. Located in the heart of town next to Gondola, Restaurants and Market. We would not hesitate to come back!

This was my 5th trip to Telluride and the nicest lodging I have had. The host was readily available and easy to communicate with. The location was great. The condo amenities were wonderful. I would recommend this condo to any group or larger family coming to Telluride.

All the comforts of home with AMAZING views

Our stay lasted five nights at Angela's wonderful apartment in the heart of Telluride Co. It has a well stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds. Spacious living rooms. And lots of bathrooms. All the extras that make her place feel like a five star hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay in our very favorite piece of Colorado. We'll be back !!!

Telluride high!

Angela’s condo is in the perfect town location. It’s convenient to everything, no need to drive. The 3 bedrooms are great for a large family like ours. The kitchen is small but packed with everything you need including condiments and spices. One thing to note, it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator so the first couple of days we needed to adjust to the altitude. Overall, a great stay for our family ski trip.

I have lived in Colorado for over 50 years but never made the trek to Telluride it was great I certainly will come back the property was delightful. We had great weather and took some great hikes the only drawback was I couldn't get the TV to work in the bedroom but no big deal. Thanks Dan

Perfect in every way

Angela showed consideration to anything and everything we would need during our Telluride stay. I realized I had left my device chargers at home and soon found out that there are chargers for any device we use throughout the house. The house was flanked by a microbrewery and restaurant. Well done! Thank You!

Great in town location!

We have been to Telluride a dozen trips always staying in mountain village we decided to mix it up and stay in town this time and loved it! It was so easy to get to the mountain with the close location to the gondola and ease of using the ground floor locker provided. Everything you need is within a couple hundred yards including the conveniently located wine store downstairs and breweries on either side of the building! The unit itself was as pictured and quite comfortable for our group of 6 adults. I got sick towards the end of the trip and the steam shower and window seating with the south sun coming in sure helped make it not so bad! The owner provided all information we had no issues or questions the entire week. If this unit fits your group size you won’t find a better place for the price.

Great family spot for skiing - lots of extras

Magnificent property within easy walking distance to free gondola, lift 8, restaurants, and all Telluride has to offer. No car needed, although parking is available. 3 BR was just the right size for my family of 5. Ski lockers on ground floor. Just know that it's the 3rd floor - spectacular views and location; be prepared for stairs. Plenty of activities for non-skiers too. Host was exceptionally organized, proactive, and helpful. Lots of extras: board games, DVDs, well stocked kitchen implements. Very thorough documentation for TV, recycling, restaurant recommendations, etc. Great experience and highly recommended.

Great Location ... Fantastic Stay!!

This was our family's first visit to Telluride ... we came to ski during Spring Break and explore the town we've heard so much about. Angela's condo is exactly as described and pictured! The location is unbeatable. It's literally a 4 minute walk to the free gondola that takes you to/from Mountain Village and an equally short walk to Main Street where there are shops and restaurants galore! The condo's kitchen is fully stocked with everything ... there was nothing that we couldn't find ... Angela even has chop sticks and miso spoons, which delighted my older son who loves making ramen! :-) There was enough space for our family of 5 (which includes 2 in college and 1 in high school) to spread out. We especially enjoyed the window benches where you could just sit and stare outside at the mountains or the activity below. Angela's condo is also chocked full of movies, books, puzzles, games ... she's thought of everything! We had a great time together, and we thank Angela for opening her home to us. We will definitely be back!

The unit is perfectly located close to downtown, but without the hustle and bustle. It is a corner unit with two expansive window box seats with beautiful views. Angela is a wonderful hostess/owner who has thought of everything. She communicates extremely well and everything exceeded our expectations.
