Approximately 60m apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Malcesine, a few steps from the lake and a 3-minute walk from the Scaliger castle and the cable car. Close to all services, shops and restaurants, suitable for families with children and couples for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Parking space at about 500m, for which there is a small surchase of 5 euros per day.

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The host was super responsive, providing us with lots of hints and tips. The accommodation had everything you need and was in a great central location, within 5 mins walk to the ports to access other parts of Garda and where there were lots of restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing apartment. Massimo is an exceptional host and the location cannot be beat. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and safe. There was a smart TV and wifi, and various other modern amenities, like a nespresso machine. Note: no onsite laundry.We highly recommend!

Great Place and Excellent Host

We had a great time during our stay and the apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. Very nice place and Massimo was very helpful. One suggestion would be to update the listing. The listing does not have a washer onsite as was shown. Massimo helped us and we were able to do some laundry at another location.

Perfect

Massimo met us at the port and escorted us to the apartment just 3 minutes walk away. The apartment is tucked away in one of the many small lanes right in the middle of the town. Despite being so central it is quiet! Air conditioning works perfectly which was essential as it was 37 outside! The supermarket is 5 mins walk; the old port 1 mins; Monte Baldo cable car 5 mins; the cutest beach 3 mins! Larger beaches and access to lake about 6 mins! The apartment is very pretty, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Sofa bed should you need it in sitting room: 2 double bedrooms; nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. No washing machine (this didn’t matter to us) but there is a dishwasher. Large fridge too. Highly recommend if you like being in the centre. Waking up and walking the quiet streets before the day visitors arrive is wonderful. Thanks Massimo- we had a fabulous time in Vicolo 15

Massimo was an excellent communicator. He made the check in process extremely easy. He was very welcoming and had plenty of recommendations. The beautifully decorated apartment had the old world charm mixed with all of the modern conveniences right in the heart of everything! He made us feel like family! We’ve traveled all over the world and this was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in!

Mitten in…..

…..Malcesine ist dieses wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte/saubere Appartment zu finden. Über zwei Stockwerke zieht es sich. Unten Schlafen und Toilette, oben ist die Küche mit Essplatz und ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Hübsch eingerichtet ist’s außerdem. Es ist ein bissl laut…..liegt halt an der Lage mitten in Malcesine. Für uns war’s ok. Massimo der Vermieter ist supernett gewesen. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Danke für die schöne Zeit. 🙂

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Familienurlaub mit 4 Personen (mit 2 Teenagern)in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, räumlich gut aufgeteilt und für 4 Personen perfekt ausgerichtet. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, der Gardasee und alles Sehenswerte kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Dank Massimo und seiner sehr sympathischen und vorkommenden Art , haben wir uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, sodass wir unter anderem die beste Pizza Malcesines und das weltbeste Eis gegessen habe. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle nochmal! Erholung im Zentrum von Malcesine

Wir haben den Urlaub in Malcesine sehr genossen. Einen großen Beitrag für das Gelingen des Urlaubs hat die super Ferienwohnung geleistet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine gekühlte Flasche Wasser, Snacks und Espresso für die Kaffeemaschine. Sogar Eiswürfel waren schon vorbereitet. Die leise Klimaanlage sorgte immer für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Wohnung liegt Zentral ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Der Gastgeber Massimo ist sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Urlaub mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung von Massimo liegt im Herzen von Malcesine und ist doch recht ruhig Sie ist für 4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Nach einer Woche im Ferienhaus in der Toscana war der Aufenthalt hier genau das richtige. Man tritt vor die Tür und alles ist in kürzester Laufdistanz zu erreichen. Massimo ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat uns abgeholt und einen Parkplatz nicht weit vom Haus entfernt gezeigt und sogar die Koffer mit getragen. In der Wohnung warteten kleine Snacks auf uns. Danke! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderbares Apartment in optimaler Lage

Das Apartment ist ideal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Mitten in der Altstadt von Malcesine gelegen erstreckt sich die Wohnung über mehrere Ebene, wobei der Wohn-/Essbereich offen gehalten ist. Die Räume (inkl. Bad) sind hell, modern und stylisch eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Lage bietet zahllose Möglichkeiten, um alle Unternehmungen zu Fuß durchzuführen, sprich an den Strand gehen (inkl. Surfschule), auf den Monte Baldo heraufsteigen (mit der Seilbahn) oder abends durch die Altstadt (inkl. Restaurants) zu bummeln. Wir sind alle hellauf begeistert, denn on top gibt es mit Massimo einen super freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter: Grazie mille, mille grazie!

Traumhafter Malcesine-Urlaub

Dank Massimo und seiner hilfsbereiten Art hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, Massimo hat uns sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen! Das Appartement war äußerst sauber und ist sehr geräumig, sodass wir genügend Platz zu viert hatten! Das Objekt liegt mitten in der traumhaften Innenstadt, sodass alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
