The pool was definitely the highlight of the property — it was very nice and we really enjoyed it. The host was also kind and polite throughout our stay.However, there were several aspects that did not meet our expectations. The house is located on a steep hill, which is something to keep in mind. Although a grill/BBQ was advertised in the listing, we were unfortunately not allowed to use it.The interior of the house is quite dated and, in our opinion, needs modernization. Some of the furnishings and materials felt old and low-quality, especially considering the price of the accommodation.We stayed for one week as a group of 9 people, but only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire stay, and we were told to purchase additional ones ourselves. Shampoo was also not provided, so guests should bring their own toiletries.Another issue was the bathroom. The host contacted us because the bathroom door was getting wet, but unfortunately the shower itself allowed water to flow outside. This was not caused by improper use on our part, and we had not been informed about this issue beforehand.Cooling was also a major problem, particularly during the summer. There were two portable air-conditioning units located in the common areas between the floors, but they were very noisy and did not cool the house effectively.
