Escape to the family-friendly Garden City Beach area, just south of Myrtle Beach, and enjoy your stay at the 16-story Royal Garden Resort. This beautiful Large 2-bedroom oceanfront suite offers breathtaking, unobstructed views from the spacious balcony — the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach.

Guests can enjoy a variety of resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool, cornhole, and an onsite family-friendly beach bar and grill serving drinks and food favorites. Linens are included with your reservation, and onsite check-in makes arrival quick and convenient. Contactless check-in is also available upon request.

The resort offers two parking spaces in the onsite parking garage (garage clearance is 6’8”). Limited oversized parking is available, and while golf carts are not permitted inside the garage, overflow parking in front of the garage may be available.

Conveniently located just 5 miles from the popular Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, you’ll be close to jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, fishing, waterfront dining, and many of the area’s top attractions and restaurants.

Great Stay!

Our family loved how close we were to the beach! We didn’t have to trudge across sand dunes getting to a spot on the beach! The condo was great! It was clean and well supplied with everything needed for cooking! We look forward to returning next year for a longer stay!!!

Hot water was the biggest problem. Ice maker didn’t work. Wasn’t enough hot water for showers without a 30 minute wait between showers. Or get wet turn off the water. Soap up the rinse

The building was older but the owners took care to have little things to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms clean and we loved the balcony. Small items like the touch lights on the bedside table was very nice and a place to put my jewelry was very helpful. We had an issue with the icemaker and the property management company took care of this right away and worked with our schedule to make the repairs. We've been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was our first time staying in Garden City. It was nice, clean and not as busy as North MB or MB. Over all we had a great stay and would go back again.

Had never really considered it before because it had so many units. We were quite pleased with the unit with its reasonable price as well as the flexibility to rent for less than 7 days. We arrived late Wednesday night and the after hours key pickup was quite smooth. Impressed with the very fast elevators which is important given building size. Weather was decent; food in Murrells Inlet fabulous as always. Would definitely recommend.

First time in unit 515. Great end unit that met our needs. It was evident that the vacuum had been run but the carpet could use a deep cleaning as our kids feet got dirty walking barefoot in the room. Some of the ceiling tile paper was starting to come loose. None of these things were a problem and we would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had reservation for 508. Ceilings were very dirty and falling down. Wallpaper falling off the walls, overall dirty. Office gave us 1214. Smelled like chemicals when entered. Stayed the night and woke up congested and clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Then moved again to 515, very nice. Can't believer they moved us to 1214 as they knew there was a problem with that room. We had to do laundry to get the smell out of everything.

Clean and Spacious with Well Equipped Kitchen

Great location for our stay. On the beach and near many points of interest for us. The custodial crew was visible, keeping the common areas clean, including stairwells and bathrooms near the pool.

This year due to maintenance on the outside of the building, the noice was very unpleasant. Our Snowbird winter friends are the highlight of stay, the indoor pool is the second. Looking forward to next year.

The summer's wear and tear were evident BUT it wasn't even vacuumed, sand still on the tile floor and in the carpet as well as on the dining room chairs. The bathtubs were grey with dirt. I cleaned the one in the master bath to see if this was ground in dirt. It wasn't and the tub came clean. The sliding door was broken and almost impossible to open. Mgt was told about it and it still wasn't fixed when we left. Not happy with this unit or the mgt co at all! I have stayed at MBR for years and not returning as this place is really deteriorating.
