SNOWCAP VIEWS is all about VIEWS...!! The mountains are breathtaking from both upstairs and downstairs windows and decks. You are likely to see deer, elk and maybe even wild horses wandering around the yard while you sip your favorite beverage swinging on the deck.

The upper floor is at the same level as the driveway so there are not any stairs to the entry of the house making it easy for entry. The upper level has the kitchen, dining for 8, living area with a fireplace, (wood is supplied), a desk, master bedroom /closet and an on-suite bathroom. Large glass windows capture the views of the mountain ranges. There is an upper deck with outside dining for 8, a kids table, and the grill.

The lower level has a carpeted staircase, living area with wood burning fireplace, game table with cards and games, a King bedroom with an on-suite bathroom, and a bunkroom with sleeping for 4, with bathroom next to it. The lower deck has a hot tub and 2 swings. There is also a very comfortable conversation area for visiting that is under the pine trees.

Snowcap Views has sleeping for 8. 2 King size beds, pillow top bedding and feather duvets are supplied. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping for 4 and is great for the kiddos. One (1) mattress is low on the floor in case there is a young one. Also provided is a baby travel bed that can be set up in any room, baby gates, some toys, and a highchair.

The home is decorated with a mountain vibe!

The Hot Tub is for you to enjoy while staying as a guest. Guests are responsible for keeping the water levels where they need to be. A water hose is available to keep it filled. Chemicals are also provided to help keep the spa water sanitized.

The home will be decorated for the holidays and will include a Christmas Tree.

THE DRIVEWAY HAS PARKING FOR 3 CARS.

An "Alexa" is provided for your music enjoyment. Drop-in is disabled and NOT monitored. To check, you can ask her if it is enabled, and she will say NO. If you are feeling uncomfortable free to unplug it.

Two TVs with ROKU, YouTube TV, Netflix, Sports channels are provided, one on each floor. A Wii is also available for your use, with a couple of games. WIFI is also provided.

NOTE: SNOWCAP VIEWS HAS SECURITY CAMERA'S AT BOTH ENTRANCES THAT ARE ACTIVILY RECORDING VOICE AND VIDEO ON MOTION 24/7. ALL CAMARAS FACE TOWARDS THE DRIVEWAY OR OUTSIDE ENTRANCES AND NOT THE HOUSE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE DISABLED. DISABLING THEM WILL RESULT IN RESERVATION CANCELLATION, GUEST HAVING TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND. A SECURITY SYSTEM IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. YOUR CODE WILL CONTROL IT.

A CONTRACT ASSIGNING THE RULES AND CARE OF THIS PROPERTY WILL NEED TO BE READ AND SIGNED IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION. THE CONTRACT LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER BOOKING VIA YOUR EMAIL. IT IS A GOOGLE DOC THAT IS COMPLETED ON-LINE AND WHEN COMPLETED, COMES BACK TO ME AUTOMATICALLY. ENTRY INFORMATION WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE CONTRACT IS RECEIVED BACK TO ME. A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE TOBE VERIFY WILL BE REQUESTED TO EITHER BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY, OR TO BE VIEWED UPON ARRIVAL.
