Orchid Corner - Elephants Room

Orchid Corner is a lovely independent studio with all comforts 🌸

Since 2000 we have transformed our house into a cozy Guest House which occupies a beautiful palace of 1700, located in the historical center of the city, not so far from Sorrento and a short walk to Alimuri beach.

This lovely Studio (20/22 square meters) has: independent entrance, private bathroom, amazing kitchen-cupboard fully equipped with fridge, microwave oven and induction plate.

Common outdoor areas, a nice patio and a lovely garden plunged in the collection of cactus and of the perfumes and colors of a great variety of plants, are both completely equipped with tables, chairs and bbq and they are at guest's disposal for a really relaxing free time.

Our location is convenient because it is well connected to major tourist destinations of Campania: Capri, Ischia, Procida, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Naples.

During your stay, we will always be available for every suggestions or information. We can help of course our guests to plan their days here also if interested to book some excursion by boat / bus or for rent car / scooter.

Linen and towels included. Parking space available only on request. It's possible to ask for more bedrooms / apartments and also for breakfast.

Our house is located in a small street in the historical center of the village, far from traffic areas / traffic lights, but at the same time you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot, the bus stop at 3 minutes and the train station in 10 minutes. Also a few minutes walk you can reach the little square with supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, laundromat, shops of soap and everything for the house. A 4/5 minute walk there are also several bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

From our house is possible to reach the first bus stop in 3 minutes walk; this bus line bring you from Meta beach to the center of Sorrento in 30/35 minutes. Train station of Meta is about 10 minutes walk and from there is possible to reach Sorrento in 5/7 minutes (just 3 stops); our train line also bring you to Pompei and Herculaneum archeological excavations, Naples is reachable in 1 hour by train. By Bus it is also possible to go to Amalfi Coast. Positano is about 30 minutes by car from our house, Ravello is about 1 hour and half.

Fantastic Apartment

Great location -five minutes to the beach, 15to the station Giorgia was so friendly and helpful Apartment was clean, way bigger than I thought and the whole complex was really friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend!

Great stay

This place is the perfect location. Walk away for the station and beach. Actual room was very cute, the interiors were so beautiful and felt very homey. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall was so nice! Giorgia, filled the fridge with cold water and had the kitchenette stocked with olive oil salt/pepper, coffe and tea. This place is great if you love cats! I spent a couple hours playing with their beautiful white cat and new kitten! Overall, fabulous stay. Thank you!!

Peaceful Oasis

Such a wonderful woman runs this B&B. Her family lives upstairs. Be prepared for Italy though, not the comforts of American furniture but we’ll worth my money. I felt like a princess and met some wonderful people staying in the 3 other rooms. A walk to Bar Antoinette is just 3 minutes and is the perfect spot to grab breakfast and take in the view a few more steps away. Breathe taking little town, I’ll be back!
