Patio and gas barbecue. Garden (shared). Use of Riverside garden and island. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car with electricity point. No smoking. Please note: No children, except babes in arms. There is an unfenced riverbank in the owners’ garden.. Nestled in the serene countryside, this charming traditional cottage offers a delightful open-plan living space that exudes warmth and comfort. The inviting living area is adorned with a smart TV and a DVD player, perfect for relaxing evenings in. Adjacent to the living space is a quaint dining area, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen area. The cottage also boasts a cosy double bedroom, providing a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The modern wet room with a rejuvenating shower adds a touch of luxury to the accommodation. The secluded private garden makes a perfect sun trap, and guests are welcome to share the owner’s inspirational riverside plot which combines a 20-year conservation project with producing food, firewood and electricity.  An acre of the island on the River Avon showcases sustainable, wildlife-friendly living in practice, with a hydroelectric generator on the old mill site, and with sitting-out points chosen to show off the river and its abundant birds, flowers, fish and (if you are lucky) kingfishers and otters.
