Comfy cottage

We were hiking the lady Anne’s way and this place was ideal to spend a couple of days resting up after eight days on the trail cottage is located by the river in a quiet lane but within walking distance of pubs and a laundrette essential if you are without a car , ten/ten

My partner and I have been going to the Riverbank cottage every December for the last five years.

My partner and I have been going to the Riverbank cottage every December for the last five years. The cottage is perfectly situated on Franks Bridge with the river just outside of the window. The village is a two minute walk away where there are some beautiful bars and restaurants. We could not recommend this place enough especially at Christmas. Thank you so much to the owners for providing us with our perfect Christmas get away! Lyndsay and Stu x

This was a really cute cottage in a perfect location.

This was a really cute cottage in a perfect location. It had amazing views and was perfect for all types of walkers. It was also near many shops and pubs so some days we didn't use the car. The only reason we wouldn't use it again would be because the two seater sofa upstairs was just to small for comfort but I really don't know how you could improve this as there was limited space for anything else.

A fantastic cottage.

A fantastic cottage. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Lovely view of the river. Two minutes walk to town with shops and pubs and friendly people everywhere. Nice drives to surrounding areas or take the old time bus! If you are a walker it is only 108 miles to Robin Hood's Bay!! A wonderful break,highly recommended.
