Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on site). Patio with garden furniture. Shared garden. Private parking for 1 car. Hot tub. Fishing 50 yards (at cost). No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the garden.. With the fabulous beaches and seaside entertainments of Skegness and Ingoldmells under 3 miles away, these two single storey converted farm buildings are ideal for family holidays or just to relax and unwind in tranquil countryside. Set, with their individual patios, around a shared courtyard area and both properties are 50 yards from good coarse fishing. Lincoln Cathedral, RSPB reserves and aircraft museums are a short drive. Links golf course nearby. Shop and pub 1 mile.
