Travel cot and highchair available. Small enclosed garden with garden furniture. Residents’ car park (not allocated). No smoking.. Just 2 miles south of the ancient town of Berwick-upon-Tweed and 10 miles from Holy Island, this restored holiday cottage forms part of a sympathetic conversion of traditional farm buildings. Spacious and thoughtfully furnished with views over rolling countryside. Enjoy hill walking in the Cheviots, riding 550 yards, sea fishing from Eyemouth, diving in Coldingham, boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses, golf at Goswick (8 miles), historic houses and gardens at Alnwick, Bamburgh and Paxton, or the sandy beach at Cocklawburn 3 miles away. There is plenty to do in Berwick with walks around the old town walls and a varied choice of eating places, shops and entertainment. Shops and restaurants 2 miles, pub 4 miles. Local villages of Etal and Duddo nearby. Numerous restaurants and pubs a short drive or taxi journey away.
