Plus points, cottage is lovely and perfect to get away from everything, beach and good pub 10 mins drive away. Fantastic welcome and lovely welcome basket - thank you. Hope these points help owners. Accommodation is attached to another rental property neither garden is separated and both gardens are not enclosed which given dog friendly made it difficult to just let them out for the toilet as able to go down drive onto main road. Also in summer can imagine even more difficult and no privacy if you wanted to use garden, ideally both need to have their own fence for privacy and dog safety. Accommodation has only under floor heating downstairs and small portable radiators upstairs so drying towels to keep dogs dry and clean in winter was a challenge. Would be great if there was a tumble dryer. Cutlery, plates, glasses etc were all unclean and needed to be washed before use, hairs in bath and sink and someone else’s underwear left in one of the bedrooms. Mirror in downstairs toilet coated in dust. Higher standard of cleanliness.
