This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by. I always have the nicest time staying here and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Pear Tree Annexe in every respect and certainly look forward to my next holiday there!!

This is a really lovely place to stay.

This is a really lovely place to stay.Very clean, quite,cosy with a real fire.From the windows you get a lovely view of the gardens.Holmfirth is just a 20 minute walk.Hosts were very helpful.Would we go back? YES.
