About this property

The Spacious in the heart of the city centre of Heraklion!

The apartment is in a neoclassical building with a long history. The building was bombed in the battle of Crete during WWII. After the war, my grandmother rebuilt it from scratch. Now all properties in this three-storey buidling are refurbished and fully equipped with all necessary amenities for a quality and comfortable stay. Please note that there is no lift inside the building.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

As we were renovating "The Spacious" with my brother we soon realized that our guests would enjoy a high quality stay in our apartment. In a fully renovated neoclassical building (built in early 50's) at the heart of the city center, were the most famous notary offices once operated. It is by far one of the most central apartment in the city. During their stay our guests have the opportunity to enjoy:

- The easy access to all the important sightseeing's/ museums/ services the city has to offer.
- Relaxation moments without any noise due to the new triple glass windows.
- Fast and reliable internet connection (wi-fi or ethernet)
- A fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of a healthy meal.
- New espresso machine, hairdryer, iron.
- A new alarm system with smoke detector for maximum security.
- 32 inch flat TV screen.
- A bright new double bed with anatomical mattress.
- Fully air-conditioned in all rooms.

Also a common washing machine and drier can be used from all our guests
