This outstanding 5 star coastal bolthole is something special. Beach Rocks is just steps from the sands with views over Langland Bay. Reverse level interiors are stunning, the ultimate beachside bolthole for four, simply unpack, relax in the private courtyard and enjoy this brand new contemporary home.

Beach Rocks is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.

Lounge : sofa, armchair, TV with Sky-basic package, floor to ceiling sliding doors with remote control blinds.

From the kitchen there are further floor to ceiling doors leading to a private courtyard area.
