Absolutely what we wanted. Contained everything we needed (though the shower cubicle was very nearly unusable for a big man!). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The geographic position is absolutely ideal for anyone wishing to explore the mountains.Great value, I will be back.

Very good address

I was in the casa El Almacen (close to the proprietario casa). For my first accomodation of this type in Spain, it was a very good experience, better than equivalent (in term of price/quality) than France. I really appreciated the possibility to rent from any day to any day (not possible in France for this kind of accomodation, in France only from saturday to saturday), in order to avoid traffic on french highways on saturday in July. Very clean, proprietario very friendly (even if difficult to communicate, they do not speak english and a little bit french & no spanish for me). A place to recommend, even if weather during 3 week in July 2011 was not so good (I planned many walks on picos de Europa but did only 2 or 3 due to weather). Sea at 21°C in July. A car is required because the shops (Arriondas) are 10 km away. I would say a must compared to the many equivalent type of accomodation that I experienced in France.
