Cruz Views is a 10 unit complex is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units are built townhouse style in clusters of three and all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night.

Cruz Views Unit #5 - Tranquility is a one bedroom, plus loft with ladder access, not designed for young kids to sleep in loft, one bath condo. It is a corner unit closest to the driveway which makes it convenient when coming home from a day at the beach! The complex is about a 1/2 mile outside of Cruz Bay, and the walk in to town is all down hill. The walk from town back up is rather steep,, so for those looking for a good workout, it keeps you physically fit but for those who don't want the challenge we recommend a taxi back up the hill. Taxi's can be found right in town and you can enjoy a relaxing trip back up the hill. Or if you are renting a jeep for your stay there is on site parking available for guests staying at the property.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a/c. To get up to the loft, it is a ships ladder access (ladder attached to the wall). The loft bedroom has 2 twins and also has a/c. The main living level is about 3-4 stairs down from the entrance and this room has the living, kitchen and dining area. There is a deck located off the living room which is a great place to sit, relax and watch the sunsets.
