Real and Total oceanfront condo with a lanai (balcony) that almost hangs over the beach. See the ponds below where the turtles and the eels want to come and feed. Let the sounds of the sea make you sleep after a day of sightseeing or relaxation; all bedrooms and living rooms face the sea.

Hale Kona Kai is a small complex of 3 dozen complete oceanfront condos in town but off the beaten track! Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short walk to the village of Kailua-Kona, also known as Kona City. Hale Kona Kai is only a quarter block walk to Honl's white sand beach and a two-block walk to Kona Farmers Market.
Many of the condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a smoke-free facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
Please note: The central air conditioning system is currently down due to a replacement project. Site management has projected completion by October 20, 2025, pending shipping of final parts. In the meantime, each unit is equipped with a portable air-conditioning unit in the bedroom for guest comfort.
