Welcome to the Cajun Getaway! This place is overflowing with southern charm. A great place for families, couples, solo adventurers or business travelers. The Cajun Getaway is perfectly secluded, and still only 5 or 10 minutes to a grocery store and restaurants. Located in Southwest Louisiana, otherwise known as, Cajun country. This getaway has all the necessities to make you feel at home. The decor is filled with lots of southern love and charm. Cajun Getaway is eight miles south of Lafayette La. The Cajun Getaway is your home away from home. It's a single unit and you will be the only guest occupying this private rental property. We do live onsite. Between our home and the Getaway is a swimming pool with soothing waterfalls. There is also a gazebo next to the pool where you'll have access to a gas grill and barbecue pit.

Very accommodating host, they go out of their way to make your stay amazing . The house is located in a quite peaceful setting and very comfortable. Rang in the New Year under a clear country sky

The family and I enjoyed our stay, using the excellent BBQ to grill up some yummy food we enjoyed in the quiet countryside (aside from some adjacent fireworks). The home is lovely, with a great big TV and plenty of content to enjoy. Bed is comfy and the shower is great. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We only had a few days for our Anniversary so we just went to near by Tabasco Plant and gardens and the RIP VAN WINKLE GARDENS.Janice and her husband were very accommodating and we were very impressed with how large and well stocked the place was .the pool is beautiful and the place is just precious.Hope to make it our annual anniversary get away , great place to unwind .Dennis and Donna
