Rural house with private pool, in Pozo Alcón (Sierra de Cazorla) fully equipped and independent with all kinds of details in a privileged environment, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and at the same time have all services nearby (supermarkets, bars, restaurants , health center, etc.).

All our houses have swimming pools, paddle tennis, minigolf, porch with barbecue, playgrounds for children, pin-pong table, large gardens and magnificent panoramic views.

Our houses are located two kilometers from Pozo Alcón (Natural Park of the Sierra de Cazorla), in a virgin and privileged environment, surrounded by swamps and rivers where you can make several hiking trails, see beautiful landscapes and perform any kind of related activity with nature. You can also practice fishing in our river.

If you wish we can contact you with specialized companies to carry out any type of activity.

Visits of interest: lookouts in the mountains (lookout of the Sewer, Peña Quesada, Guazalamanco, Mirador del Lirio), rivers (river Guazalamanco, Guadalentín, Gualay) swamp de la Bolera, etc.

Lugar estupendo y casa muy confortable

Somos una familia con dos niños y hemos estado en Semana Santa. A pesar del mal tiempo que nos ha hecho casi todos los días, hemos estado muy bien. La casa está muy bien, limpia y tiene de todo. La finca también tiene de todo: mesa de ping pong, barbacoa, piscina, pista de padel ..... Los propietarios muy atentos. Tuvimos un pequeños problema con el frigorífico y vinieron enseguida a cambiarlo. La pena es que en la época del año que hemos ido no hayamos podía usar la piscina, así que esperamos volver en una época más veraniega. La zona es preciosa. y a pesar del mal tiempo pudimos visitar la Sierra de Cazorla y algunos pueblos muy bonitos. Esperamos volver.

Fin de semana inolvidable

Estuvimos alojados en la casa Gualay el fin de semana del 17-19 de marzo. Fuimos tres parejas con cuatro niños pequeños (de 4 y 6 años). La casa muy agradable. limpia, con detalles, muy bonitos, bonita y confortable. Las habitaciones preciosas y espaciosas, la cocina y baños limpísimos, con todo lo necesario. Las camas muy cómodas (a excepción de la cama supletoria que era regular; teniendo en cuenta que nos presentamos casi por sorpresa con un niño de más que no nos cobraron, no nos podemos quejar). La parte exterior de la casa, también estupenda; hizo muy buen tiempo para hacer excursiones, pero no el calor suficiente para disfrutar del exterior toda la tarde (la piscina aún tapada, claro). En entorno espectacular; ya conocíamos la parte norte de la sierra de Cazorla, Segura y las Villas (Úbeda, Baeza, Cazorla, Villacarrillo y la parte del este (Siles, Orcera...), y esta zona nos ha dejado impresionados, tanto que tenemos que volver. Fuimos a conocer la localidad de Castril, en concreto la zona a la que llaman "la Pasarela" y alucinamos, divertido para los niños y mayores, buena comida (la cerveza con su tapilla). El dueño de alojamiento muy atento, explicándonos todo lo que necesitábamos saber; nos recomendó un restaurante para comer el domingo que no nos decepcionó (todo riquísimo y a muy buen precio). Sin duda un lugar desconocido de la Sierra de Jaén al que volveremos.

INCREÍBLE

Fuimos esta noche vieja pensando en escapar de la rutina de la ciudad, nos sorprendimos a ver las impresionantes vistas que había desde las casas rurales, se ve toda la sierra y el pueblo. No hicimos rutas por lo bien que estabamos en la casa y sus instalaciones, volveremos en verano seguro con otros amigos para pode disfrutar al máximo de su entorno

Justo lo que buscábamos

Queríamos descansar y estar relajados y lo conseguimos. Estvimos cuatro días en la casa Peralta, amplia, limpia y perfectamente equipada. La piscina magnífica y completa tranquilidad y silencio. Tanto es así que nos daba pereza salir y sólo bajamos al pueblo a comer en los varios sitios que hay para ello, que por cierto, comimos muy bien. Hemos quedado encantados y esperamos volver para disfrutar otra vez de la casa y conocer el entorno.

SOMOS DOS FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS QUE ESTUVIMOS 4 NOCHES EN ESTE CORTIJO EL CUAL TENIA DE TODO, A DESTACAR LA TRANQUILIDAD Y EL EQUIPAMIENTO DE LA CASA, UNA ESTUFA QUE LO CALENTABA A BASE DE BIEN, 3 BURROS SUPER SIMPATICOS Y UN MINIGOLF IDEAL PARA LOS CRIOS. SE PODIA IR ANDANDO AL PUEBLO Y EN COCHE A TODOS LOS SITIOS MAS HERMOSOS DE LA ZONA, A DESTACAR LA CUEVA DEL AGUA, EL NACIMIENTO DEL RIO GUADALQUIVIR, VARIAS PRESAS DE LOS ALREDEDORES Y ASI PODRIA SEGUIR TODO EL RATO...PRECIOSO. Una semana fantastica

Estubimos a principio de julio y realmente nos fuimos encantados. Al llegar nos quedamos muy sorprendidos, pues la casa aunque se ve muy bonita en las fotos, en realidad es mejor. La casa es muy acogedora, la limpieza estupenda, los jardines y piscina excelentes y como no el trato recibido por los dueños muy bueno. Estamos pensando en volver con unos amigos, nos falta concretar la fecha, pues nos quedo muchas cosas que ver de ese entorno tan bonito.

Inmejorable. Repetirmos seguro.

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa ha sido inmejorable. En las fotos ya se ve bonita, pero en persona mucho mas. Pasamos unos dias muy agradables en familia. Los niños se lo pasaron en grande, con el minigolf, padel, y 3 burritas preciosas que hay. El entorno es increible, nos han quedado muchas cosas por ver y tambien destacaria la amabilidad y hospitalidad de los dueños. SIn duda repetiremos. Un saludo.
