This FURNISHED 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo community is located in the prime North Scottsdale neighborhood of Grayhawk. With resort-like amenities that include: two-pools, a movie theater, billiards, wine lounge, two gyms, and many more! Not only are the amenities great, it is also within a 10-minutes drive to the McDowell Mountains and various world-class trails. This condo is also 5-minutes from Phoenix Open (TPC Scottsdale); within 30-minutes of some of the Spring Training Facilities; and near some high-end shopping centers (Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter). Whether you need a vacation to soak-up some rays by the pool; Or you want to hike your way around Scottsdale; Or enjoy some world-class cuisine and spa treatments, this condo is perfect!
The condo offers a one car parking spot with the potential of adding a tight single car garage (good for a sedan) for an extra fee. Scottsdale has hard water so there is some water spots in the master bathroom shower. The condo is very clean and has had one occupant for the past 10 years. We are excited to share our space with visitors because of how special and lovely the North Scottsdale area is. Feel free to ask any questions prior to booking!
