There is something very special about this little villa. Simplicity yet all you need. Breath taking views and seclusion .. tiny pebble beach across the road and an exquisite island to explore. Spiros our host could not have been more helpful or hospitable.. what a find.

This villa was everything we could have wished for and more. The position and the view are amazing but it was also the welcome from Spiros and the very generous supplies left in the fridge (eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese, wine, beers, sparkling water… everything) and the regular cleaning service during our 8-night stay that really completed it. The pool was a little too chilly for me in mid October but the kids still loved it! Thanks Spiros.

Superb views, exceptional property

Excellent property with everything you need. The fridge was stocked with fruit, butter, milk, juices and wine. Also provided was quality olive oil, bread and jams. Spiros escorted us to the property and popped in a couple of times to check all was well. Unfortunately the bars at the nearby beaches had not opened for the season and so we had to travel a bit further.

We loved our stay in Villa Kalypso

This property's location is just wonderful! The beach access is exactly across the road from the house, and the views are top notch. Many properties have views that include power lines, but not here...it is all sea, all the time! Spiros is a lovely host, and very easily accommodating. Our welcome basket included not only the staple items, but much more food than we have ever been given at any villa we have stayed in. When we had a small problem with water pressure right after we arrived, he dealt with it by the next morning. The house itself is as described. It is not the most updated home (although I understand that there are bathroom updates planned before next season), but it is super clean, the living area comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor kitchen/grill area was especially convenient, and the pool is large and pristine. The mattresses on the beds were pretty hard, but this was only a small inconvenience. All in all, I would highly recommend Villa Kalypso. Not only for its convenient and lovely location, but also for the quality of the home and the local hospitality of its owner.
