Beautiful 1930s character house, totally in its own juice with lots of charm.
The house is very close to the beach and the city center (5 minutes on foot) but in a peaceful area.
Ideal for large families, it can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people.
It consists of 5 rooms;
4 bedrooms upstairs:
2 bedrooms with double bed, one with a balcony offering a view of the sea.
1 bedroom with 3 single beds and another with 2 single beds
1 bedroom, 2 with double bed, the 2 toilets, 2 showers, 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are upstairs,
and 2 small extra bedrooms on the ground floor.

Grande maison disposant de grandes pièces à vivre et de 4 grandes chambres. Idéalement située à proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Sanitaires un peu limités : une salle de bains et une douche dans une chambre pour une capacité de 12 personnes. Ménage à améliorer.

Précision sur les sanitaires: les 2 chambres du rdc bénéficient de leur propre cabinet de toilettes et wc. 2 chambres de l'étage ont leur propre lavabo.dont 1 avec douche. Reste donc à partager la grande salle de bain avec sa baignoire ou douche.

site agréable, par contre la maison n'est pas top ,le ménage n'a pas été fait a notre arrivée , une odeur de maison inhabité ,les sanitaires sont a refaire , une maison ou il faudrait refaire la déco ; nous avions qu une envie c'est de repartir ,heureusement que nous étions venu a plusieurs couple pour se soutenir.dommage

Confirme que le Favreau sont passés totalement à côté de ce qui rend cette maison exceptionnelle dans un quartier classé. Et c'est un avis général. Ce n'est certes pas une maison standard, moderne avec des meubles Ike..ou confo., question de valeur et de culture peut être. La maison est conforme en tous points à sa description. Je leur conseille de mieux orienter leur recherche pour la prochaine fois.
