Coachingmans Cottage
Proudly situated in the welcoming sleepy hamlet of Trecastle, is the sublime Coachingmans Cottage. This wonderful peaceful 300 year old welsh stone cottage sits proudly in the in the western area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Recently refurbished to 5 star quality. This historic little cottage retains all its genuine character and charm whilst providing modern lifes essentials and luxuries. With superb surroundings, Coachingmans Cottage sleeps four, welcomes dogs, and is only 25 yards away from the Castle Coachingmans Inn. The homely living area boasts exposed beams and the most comfortable settees. It has a log burner and a large selection of movies. The oak dressers and book shelves offer a range of family board games, jig saws and toys to keep the little ones happyfor hours on rainy days. Additionally , the 40 inch smart TV with over 200 Sky channels and Blu-ray DVD player are enough to entertain the family after a day out exploring the breath taking local area. Logs for the log burner are plentiful to assure you of nothing but a tranquil stay.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the cooking pots, utensils, and crockery you could need. As there is no mains gas, an electric ceramic hob and modern timer/fan oven are used for cooking. There is also a modern dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer available for your use.
The master bedroom is kitted out with oak furniture and the most luxurious king size bed and deluxe bedding. A second bedroom also offers stunning oak furniture and lavish beds for the ultimate relaxation. Upon booking you can-specify between a super king size bed or 2 luxury singles. Drift off to sleep as you lay back and admire the original oak beams, a key feature in both bedroom, or watch one of your favourite programs on the 40 inch wall mounted TV S.
The bathroom contains a bath with an over head rain water shower, and the roof window treats you to stunning over the nearby hills and mountains.
To top it all off there is a small, pleasant west facing garden off the kitchen. Guests love to sit to listen to the many different bird songs in its garden, whilst watching the colourful sun sets over the nearby hills. Table ans chairs are provided for your use, as is a BBQ with all the relevant utensils.

The cottage is cosy and warm, all the things you need for an great stay are available. The pub next door serves good food for a good price and from trecastle you can go everywhere within Brecon Beacons.
Nicely renovated and well kitted out. Cosy with log burner in lounge and comfy sofas.

I have always gone on holiday to the Brecon Beacons with my family as a child. We stayed in so many holiday cottages throughout Brecon. We used to visit the village of Trecastle and have foor in the Castle Coaching Inn. I bought my own holiday let in Pentrefelin and now my 2nd in Trecastle.
