The location was good. To find the lodge was extremely difficult as the lodges were not numbered in numerical order. The warden just pointed in the general direction to where the lodge was situated.The parking was very tight due to over grown hedges.The lodge was in very poor condition...certainly not "luxury"as the advert said. It did NOT have the dishwasher, washing machine or dryer as in the listing. It did have an ironing board but no cover for it! There was black mould in the shower cubicle even on the plastic bath mat.The shower head could NOT be inserted into the wall mounting. So to have a shower you had to hold it. The towels were extremely thin and worn.The majority of the double glazed windows had blown.The heating was by portable oil filled heaters There were half a dozen damp traps around the lodge, that were full of water.The bedrooms were extremely small, the comfort of the double mattress was ok but it did dip in tne middle.There were no extra blankets and we had to use the quilts off the single beds to keep warm overnight.There is very limited clothes hanging space just hooks on the wall.Out side it stated that there was a small jetty and that we had river dside views....it was so overgrown with brambles that we couldn't find the jetty (I don't believe there is one!)The decking had holes in it.We were booked for 5 nights...and left after the third night
