Great views from a fabulous property.

Lovey relaxing holiday enjoying the scenery, lovely gardens and spectacular view. Gubbio 10 minutes away by car. Host was very helpful and friendly. Lots to see and do in the area.

Dream Holidays - a home away from home!

Try and picture your perfect holiday: a stone cottage exclusively for yourself, private garden area, private barbecue, private outside area with table, chairs and all you can desire and all of this located in the perfect Italian country. It's so idyllic that you feel you are in a movie! The cottage is small but very tastefully decorated and you can find all you could need. There is a huge garden and a beautiful swimming pool and is plenty of trekking opportunity in the neighborhood. the location is very convenient, just few minutes drive to Gubbio. It is also perfect to explore central Italy. I'm Italian but I must admit that Umbria is my favorite region, less touristic and crowded than Tuscany. The owner told us that he would renew and refurbish all the property during the winter and I really look forward to see it next year, since in my opinion it was already perfect! I strongly reccommend la Panoramica Gubbio for your holidays!

Casetta super accogliente!

La casetta era super carina, pulita e con una vista spettacolare sulla vallata. Letti comodi e tante buone marmellate e miele fatti in casa. E c'è il camino! <3 Ho passato un bel Natale, e ho potuto visitare Gubbio e Assisi, che non avevo mai visto e sono davvero belle (e si mangia super bene).

Semplicemente un sogno!

Ho passato una breve vacanza in questa casetta meravigliosa, intima e accogliente. Il caminetto crea un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi e riposare. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e di tutto ciò che si può desiderare e il giardino è meraviglioso. La proprietà è in collina a pochi minuti da Gubbio, la posizione è fantastica e molto tranquilla e offre una vista meravigliosa. Ideale per uno stacco dalla città e dalla frenesia del lavoro. La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Per noi è stata una vera scoperta e sicuramente torneremo presto, magari nella bella stagione per approfittare del grande giardino e della deliziosa piscina.
