Prachtige locatie en accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuze in de tuin schaduw of zon bij de jacuzzi of het huisje.Soepel verloop van inchecken, snelle reactie van de eigenaar bij vragen. Een droomplek om terug te komen in heuvels van de Toscane.

Nous souhaitons apporter un complément aux autres commentaires afin de mieux décrire le contexte de l'hébergementLe gîte fait partie d’un ensemble de 4 appartements, généralement destiné à accueillir des familles. Le gîte pour 2 personnes est situé entre deux autres appartements (un de chaque côté) et un au-dessus. De nombreuses fenêtres donnent sur le jardinet, ce qui offre peu d’intimité visuelle et sonore, notamment pour les fenêtres de la salle de bain et des WC. Les photos extérieures ne reflètent pas entièrement la réalité et peuvent prêter à confusion. En effet, le visuel tient compte du jardinet du voisin et non uniquement celui du gite dans lequel nous étions.L’intérieur du gîte est propre et fonctionnel. Cependant, l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale : il est possible d’entendre les voisins depuis le logement, y compris depuis la chambre, ce qui peut nuire au calme. Nous avions choisi de séjourner en dehors de Sienne pour profiter d’un environnement plus tranquille, ce qui n’a pas été totalement le cas, certains voisins étant bruyants, probablement sans se rendre compte qu’ils n’étaient pas seuls.Les propriétaires ont aménagé des petits jardiniers avec jacuzzi individuel, mais là encore, la proximité avec les voisins reste importante. Bien que la volonté de créer des espaces plus intimistes soit visible et appréciable, nous recherchions un séjour plus confidentiel pour nos quatre nuits.

Fabulous!

The Rose apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable, well equipped. The peaceful, scenic surroundings far exceeded our expectations. We are already planning for our next trip to come back for another week stay at this wonderful place, just outside of Siena. Marta and her family do a wonderful job to make you feel welcome. :-)

Tolle Lage

Wir haben die traumhafte Aussicht von der Terasse in die toskanische Bilderbuchlandschaft und auf Siena sehr genossen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist außerdem günstig, um die sehenswerten Orte zwischen Florenz und Montepulciano zu besuchen. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein aber gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Marta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer schnell eine Rückmeldung gibt.

A dream apartment

First to thank Marta and her family for the fantastic treatment we received and for making us feel living a dream in the middle of TUSCANY. The apartment is spectacular. Caring to the smallest detail. He does not lack anything. Spacious apartment, new, clean and with dream views. And also with two suanas (indoor and outdoor) to cool off from the heat of the day. If you are reading this, do not waste any more time searching because I doubt you will find something better. Here you have it all: tranquility, views, comfort, easy access, freedom, ....

Thanks to Nuria and his boyfriend, they are the perfect guests, nice kind and polite! We really appreciated to talk with them in Spanish, English and also Italian :) they left the apartment in perfect condition.. useless say that I absolutely recommend them as guests and that I really hope to see them again very soon!
